Holiday cottages in Snowdonia

Our self catering accommodation in Snowdonia, near Dolgellau, North Wales includes four holiday cottages to let - our own holiday let Ty'r Adar (House of Birds) and three adjoining holiday homes belonging to our neighbours: Small Barn, Pine Cottage and Little Haven.  All the cottages for let share the same massive Welsh slate roof of this former slate cutting mill and adjoin our Bed and Breakfast accommodation and camp site in southern Snowdonia.

Guests to our holiday cottages in Snowdonia National Park are welcome to explore Graig Wen's 45 acres of beautiful woods and meadows (as mentioned in the Observer).  With the spectacular (and family friendly) Mawddach cycle trail at the bottom of the track, you'll probably want to bring your bike. For mountain bikers visiting nearby Coed-y-Brenin, we can provide safe storage.  As well as cycling and walking trails, there's horse riding, fishing, golf, a sandy beach and wonderful wildlife within 10 minutes drive.  Situated mid way between the Centre for Alternative Technology to the south and Portmeirion to the north, there's lots to do in the Dolgellau area. Owners Sarah and John live on site so if you want to know about the best places to eat, walk, or where to hear a Welsh Male Voice choir rehearse, just pop round and ask. Let us know if you would like to book a food hamper for your arrival.

Well behaved pets available in all the holidy cottages.
