Privacy Statement

Graig Wen and The Slate Shed invites guests to join us for holidays in our special home.  We treat your data with the respect and care we give to our valued guests.  We never share your details with anyone else.  Here’s some more about our privacy policy:

Your booking details

When you make a booking we keep your details safe in order to communicate with you about your holiday before you arrive and to check your experience when you leave.  Your details are kept on our secure third party customer booking system called Bedful which is password protected with any financial details encrypted.

Wifi

If you sign into our wifi network we will retain your email address.  The IP address of your computer will be retained according to legal requirements for up to 6 years.   Our secure system will monitor your IP address when you use our network.  Full terms and conditions of use are available before you choose to log in.

Your email address will be added to our mailing list and you will receive an email from us approximately once every 6 weeks.  If you no longer wish to stay in touch it’s easy to unsubscribe to this with one click.
