When someone visits www.graigwen.co.uk or www.slateshed.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
COVID-19: Test, Trace Protect
Sharing details will support the NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service’s efforts to control the spread of the virus. It is a requirement under regulation 12 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2020 for hospitality organisations and businesses to collect and retain the information. We are required to keep the contact details of all visitors and guests aged 16 years and over for 21 days in case they need to be shared as part of Test, Trace and Protect programme. Your details will only be used in the event of a case, cluster or outbreak of coronavirus (i.e. more than one new case of coronavirus) that is tracked back to our premises. The NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service will use this information to check if the lead booker, and any person in their party, may have been exposed.
