Glamping Breaks for Two or More

For glamping holidays in Wales, Graig Wen has an amazing location in Snowdonia National Park near Barmouth and Dolgellau. It’s the perfect location for walks during the crisp spring and autumn seasons. We’re only a stone’s throw away from the water as well, meaning you can do summer glamping near the beach in Wales too!

Glamping Snowdonia

For glamping accommodation in Snowdonia in winter, our cosy and stylish quarry wagons and Jones the Shepherd’s Hut open at the start of March and stay open until early January.

Perfect for a romantic wild escape or family glamping adventure in North Wales– our yurts, shepherd’s hut, wagons and bell tent are close to the coast on the Mawddach Trail between seaside Barmouth and historic Dolgellau. Ideal if you’re looking for glamping near beach in Wales!

We’re surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery close to Cader Idris. Guests are blown away by the views of the Mawddach estuary and tranquility as well as the many activities and attractions nearby.

We are proud our Snowdonia glamping site in North Wales has been recommended by media including The Guardian and Sunday Times and in 2021 we won the prestigious Go North Wales Best Camping, Glamping, Caravan Site Award. We have been welcoming guests to yurts here since 2008 and won awards for our green ethos.

Our yurt holiday Wales options, shepherd’s hut, wagons and bell tent are spread across different areas of our 45 acre site, offering you a choice of experiences. All our holiday accommodation is dog friendly and perfect if you’re looking for glamping breaks for two!

We live on site and you’ll find a warm welcome with great advice about the best places to eat out and visit so you make the most of your trip. Order freshly baked croissants for breakfast and buy local craft beers from our small shop so you can relax around the camp fire.
