Back to nature glamping and camping in Wales

  • Spring and early summer is a magical time to visit. Spend time connecting with nature in our ancient woodland and meadows. Slow down and notice the scent of bluebell woods, the amazing colours of purple foxgloves and peacock butterflies, the fresh air full of birdsong.
  • Our site is tranquil with nature, dramatic scenery and wildlife all around you and dark night skies above. Take a sunset stroll to the Mawddach Estuary and look out for bats and owls.
  • Sit out by your camp fire and stargaze – some people have been lucky to see the Northern Lights recently close by.

Snowdonia walks – mountains, woods and waterfalls

  • Challenge yourself to climb Cader Idris, our closest mountain, or Yr Wyddfa to use the Welsh name for Snowdon
  • Wander on trails through ancient woodland filled with wild flowers or wonder at the ferns of the Celtic rainforest
  • Walk from your Snowdonia accommodation to waterfalls with crystal clear pools to dip in
  • Explore the UNESCO World Heritage sites of North Wales- hike to atmospheric old quarry buildings or picnic in ruined castles
